Vigil at 8:00 p.m. – Incense used

The most ancient of all Christian liturgies begins with the lighting of a new fire, and continues with the singing of Exultet, reading of many stories of salvation history, baptism of new Christians, and the first Eucharist  of Easter. A “Break the Fast” party follows in Roper Hall at 10:00 p.m. Childcare is provided during the service. Sign ups are available for the potluck feast in the Gathering Space.
