This week nine senior high youth and four adult volunteers depart for Kentucky to participate in an 8-day mission trip with the Appalachian Service Project. During their week away, they will stay in the gym at church while working during the day. Appalachia Service Project is a non-denominational mission organization that focuses on home repair in the poorest parts of the Appalachian region. While there, our team will perform various repairs and projects for their assigned worksites while forming relationships with countless volunteers from seven other churches, local home owners, and ASP staff.
