The Women’s Evening Book Group will meet March 7 at 7:00 p.m. in the Parlor to discuss The Piano Maker: A Novel by Kurt Palka. In winter in the 1930’s, a young woman arrives alone in a village in Nova Scotia where she starts becoming part of village life. She begins to play the fine piano, manufactured by her European family, in the local church. Past and present come together when the mysterious circumstances that led her there are revealed. All women are welcome. Questions? Contact Betsy Warren at email@example.com.
