As we continue our search for a new permanent Director of Children’s Ministries, I am pleased to announce that Cindy Hauser will serve as the Interim Director through the end of the summer. Cindy has directed our Children’s Chapel on Sundays since last fall, and since Suzanne Finan’s departure in January she has brought leadership and stability to our formation offerings for kids. She coordinated our Wednesday Lenten program and worked with Mother Erin and I to facilitate our Holy Week worship offerings for kids and families. In addition, she’s been a loving, constant presence on Sunday mornings for our teachers, nursery workers, and families. Cindy is talented, faithful, and deeply committed to our children. I am grateful for her presence and leadership as we continue our search for the next permanent director.
