The Season of Advent
Christian Formation: Angels of Advent
November 19, 26,
December 3, 10, 17, 2023 | 10:15–11:00am in Roper Hall
Angels are some of the most prominent characters in the biblical accounts of the first (and second) comings of Christ, yet they are some of the most overlooked and poorly understood. This Advent, we will focus on these other-worldly creatures as we prepare our hearts for Christ’s birth. Join us for this panel discussion where we will explore these heavenly beings as they are portrayed in scripture and popular culture. These classes are also available after they happen in our Online Formation area of this site.
