The Outreach Committee is now accepting applications for 2017 Outreach Grants. Last year Transfiguration funded 11 projects for a variety of agencies important to this parish. The grants, ranging from $1,000 to nearly $9,500, supported our mission to seek and serve Christ in all persons. The projects covered everything from meals for Austin Street Center to hygiene kits for The Gathering.
