FAMILY MINISTRIES Activities for parents to do with their young children: Advent Festival This annual event is held on the first Sunday in Advent during the Christian Formation hour. Children and parents have the opportunity to enjoy various activities that pertain to the season of Advent. The activity stations include: Storytelling, decorating Christ candles, making baby blankets for Parkland Hospital, planting Narcissus bulbs, Jesse Tree ornament stitching, Nativity scene dress-ups and other activities. Crossroads Family Ministry For families with young children to get together and enjoy family-centered activities. Easter Sunday Egg Hunt The parish hosts an annual Easter Egg Hunt for children ages 1-10. Three separate hunts are held on the grounds of the church. We ask that participants bring an egg basket. FIG Fest Annual fall festival for parishioners and the community, held on the 4th Saturday in September. View some photos. Mustang Island Family Camp 
Escape to the beach with your family during the summer! Of course, you're "camping" is in a beautifully furnished room with a private deck and view of the Gulf of Mexico. Camp begins on a Thursday afternoon and continues through Sunday lunch. Enjoy swimming, singing, surfing instruction, arts & crafts,
delicious meals, a buried treasure hunt, beach games, building sand chapels and castles, fishing, resting under a beach umbrella, and more.
