This series will focus on the theme of reconciliation. Each Wednesday evening from February 17 through March 16, we will gather in the church at 6:00 p.m. for Holy Eucharist, followed by a light Lenten supper in Roper Hall at 6:45 and the speaker at 7:15. Childcare and programming for older children is provided (details below). On February 17, the topic will be “A Theological View of Reconciliation” with Dr. Natalia Marandiuc, Assistant Professor of Christian Theology at SMU Perkins School of Theology. This lecture will propose that reconciliation is possible not by virtue of creaturely powers alone, but through the additional gift of divine grace which exceeds our nature.
