Visiting the Church for Private Devotion
The church is available for visits, by reservation only, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. and Sunday at 1:00 p.m.
A maximum of 15 people may register for one of the available times. This will help us ensure social distancing.
A reservation is required. Register using Realm (buttons below). If you cannot access Realm, you may contact Anne Schmidt. Please be considerate about registering for more than one day/time in a month, to allow others the opportunity to enjoy this experience. The Sunday slot, in particular, is intended for those who cannot visit on a weekday, owing to work or distance.
Visitors enter through the main doors and will be greeted by a member of the staff. This is a simple act of hospitality and will help us keep a record of visitors.
Masks are required while in the building.
Visitors may spend up to an hour in the church, on the labyrinth, or in the Memorial Garden. Certain areas (Library, Bookstore, Offices) are not yet open.
Seating in the church will be arranged to ensure social distancing.
A printed service to guide personal prayer is available, or visitors may simply sit in reverent, prayerful quiet.
At the end of each shift, a cleaning crew wipes down surfaces to ensure the church is safely ready for the next set of visitors.
