Transfiguration’s new online contributions
Below are step-by-step instructions for making any kind of online gift or donation to Transfiguration. O, you can download PDF instructions.
Step 1: Login
Login by accessing My Fig Family. Enter your member login and you will be taken directly to the “Give Now” page of your online account to set up transactions. If you do not already have an account set up, you will need to create one. Once you have successfully created your login, please follow the directions below for creating and submitting a transaction.
Step 2: Creating and Submitting a Transaction
Under the section marked “Enter New Contribution”, select a fund from the drop down box. Fill in the amount. Include a comment if you choose. If you are creating a recurring transaction, click as indicated and fill out the schedule for recurrence. Then click the Add button.
You can create transactions, either one time or recurring, to as many funds as you choose.
When you click on the “Give” button, you will be asked for the method of payment – either credit card (V/MC) or by electronic check. Fill out the appropriate information and submit.
NOTE: If you set up several transactions, clicking the “Give” button will create a payment for any that are then due. So, a one-time gift transaction will be processed along with any recurring transactions that have reached the next date for payment.
