If you’ve been able to join us at Transfiguration for worship recently you have probably noticed the beautiful flowers on the altar. The Flower Guild works to bring us these lovely arrangements and recently they have begun using flowers from the previous week to make small bouquets for those in the Parish who are receiving home communion. This is an additional way to let those members know they are in our thoughts and prayers and to bring a little bit of the Fig to them.
These gorgeous arrangements help add to the sensory experience of worship and I think they bring a bit of God’s creation into our sanctuary. If you have any interest in helping with this ministry please contact Carolyn Lewis clewis6040@att.net No experience is necessary!
