We’ve heard much of the book of Acts in the lectionary this Eastertide; are you interested in looking at it in context and exploring its historical background? In this formation class we will engage in a good old-fashioned Bible Study, and since we’re Episcopalian, we will use as our curriculum a critical analysis from the Canon to the presiding Bishop and a study guide with applicable additional readings. The class will meet in the Parlor on Sunday mornings, June 7 through August 9. Each week we will have conversations covering selected discussion questions from the book Conversations with Scripture: The Acts of the Apostles, by C.K.
