Reaching beyond our walls, fulfilling our mission to seek and serve Christ in all persons, Transfiguration’s Outreach Committee is now accepting applications for 2015 grant distributions. Last year we funded 10 nonprofit organizations in our community and abroad, including: the North Dallas Shared Ministries, which provides food and other necessities to Dallas area families in need; Austin Street Center, which provides vital services for homeless persons; and Cathedral Gardens, a ministry to the aging. If your nonprofit organization is interested in an outreach grant, download and complete our application request form (Microsoft Word doc).
